BIPOC Healing Coaching.png

Who do I LOVE to work with?

  • Achievers who got all the straight A’s but don't feel the reward

  • Burnt out helpers who are ready to ask for help

  • Multipassionate humans who question where they fit in or if they’re doing “too much”

  • BIPOC wading through intergenerational trauma while trying to change the world

  • Children of immigrants who don’t (want to) conform to the norm

  • Soft humans who want to thrive in a hard world

  • People who want to discern between what they "should" do and what they want to do

  • Creative souls who experience self-judgment

Testimonial from Niro

Nisha helped me figure out what I want and need right now, and that has helped me leave behind old habits and ideas I had inadvertently tied my identity to.

Testimonial from Erin

I was having a hard time because I felt like I was at a decision point and I wasn’t clear on where to go next. The goals we set supported us checking in as opposed to me feeling pressure.

I Want to be your Healing Hype Girl!

These lessons have completely shifted how I see myself and the world. Applying what I have learned is a constant process filled with nuance, joy, confusion, guilt, and relief. Because healing is not linear or binary.

Healing is a practice and a process.

Healing is becoming. Healing is grief. Healing is trusting yourself. Healing is self-compassion.

Healing is collective.

When you heal, you offer the world the best gift: YOU.

You don’t have to heal alone. I’m your hype girl, and I’m here to remind you that you’re a magical gift for this world!

My Pricing Philosophy

I’m guessing that you are here because you trust that I have the ability to support you, you align with my values, and you love my healing vibe!

A lot of coaches are not transparent about prices, and everyone has their reasons for disclosing this information and choosing different cost points. Some providers align their offers with their “value”, others want to prioritize financial accessibility, some people make choices based on their lifestyle desires, and there’s a combination of all of the above.

I am transparent about my pricing. I know this is a “risk” but I don’t care.

Being upfront about my pricing feels aligned and trauma-informed.

Here is what I take into consideration with my pricing:

(1) My emotional labor (2) What I need to survive and thrive (3) The value of what you receive

Client financial accessibility is important to me as well. I provide free content in my email newsletter Notes from Nishaland, my blog Your Healing Story is a Love Story, and on my Instagram. I use a sliding scale for most of my services and offer scholarships for BIPOC through my BIPOC Healing Fund.

It is important for me to fill my cup and for you to fill your cup. I hope we can find a way to do this together.

 I offer most of my services on a sliding scale

Please refer to these levels adapted from Margeaux Feldman:

Level 1: For those who couldn't access my services without this option.

  • Low-income/precariously employed/students;

  • No savings and/or financial support from others;

  • Little to no expendable income each month (eg. can’t afford to eat out, buy little extras, or navigate unexpected costs);

  • Accessing therapy or other professional services is a barrier.

Level 2: For those who would need to consult their budget first.

  • Low- to mid-income with stable employment/source of income;

  • Some money in savings and/or financial support from others;

  • Has expendable income each month;

  • Can access therapy.

Level 3: For those experiencing financial stability.

  • Mid- to high-income with stable employment/source of income;

  • Stable savings/investment accounts and/or financial safety net;

  • Can afford to take vacations and make other large purchases with relative ease;

  • Can access regular therapy and/or coaching services with relative ease.

cycle breaking + cycle making

This 6-month experience is for people who want to live a meaningful life outside of colonial and capitalistic conditioning which includes not feeling like you’re enough, scarcity, people pleasing, codependency, burnout, overgiving, and perfectionism.

You might have always seen yourself as a helper, but you also want to help yourself.

You want a guide to support you in uncovering your wounds and deconditioning from the dominant narratives in society so you can break cycles and make new cycles.

In this 6-month coaching container, we will enter a relationship where we explore what your cycle breaking and cycle making can look like!

Maybe this means…

  • creating embodied boundaries

  • relating to your wounds

  • all of the above!

Envisioning a generative life is not done in isolation, you are not alone. This will be YOUR journey, one that embodies care for yourself, others, and the world, while still regarding YOU.

My work will always embody trauma-informed principles and consider intergenerational trauma, systemic inequity, and cultural nuance. Our time together will move toward intergenerational healing. This is YOUR contribution to the world, which has an infinite ripple effect.

Will I challenge some of your beliefs? YES. Will you be able to unearth narratives that have been getting in your way? ALSO YES.

How do we do this?

I use different tools and frameworks to guide our time together. I approach this work through a trauma-informed lens. I will always check in regarding your choices in participation and capacity.

Some tools I use:

life coaching testimonials

“It felt like it would be helpful to have tools in my toolbox related to healing so I could be a better leader. I have a keener sense of body awareness. Just being able to recognize that was really important. I’m building a better awareness of what happens in my body.”

Caitlin

“The best thing about coaching was talking to Nisha as she was very easy to talk to and created a safe space for me to open up. I enjoyed Nisha’s process in uncovering a lot of my emotions that I was either hiding or avoiding.”
