Meditations
I meditate as a way to tend to my body, not judge my thoughts, and care for my spiritual connection.
I have meditated with my eyes closed and open. I have meditated in silence and with guidance. I have meditated while petting my cat and while touching my body.
There are many ways to meditate, but I don’t believe there’s a “right” way because we are all unique beings with somatic capacity, trauma history, identities, and so much more. For some, meditation is NOT helpful. Please listen to your body and decide what’s best for you.
